This place is HORRID!! My boyfriend and I currently live in FL ... and guess what there is NO Rush Fitness Complex here, and we still have a membership! Why is this .. because canceling our membership is like trying to break into Fort Knox!! The customer service is terrible ( Hannah, and Katherine ), and when I ask to speak with someone higher up they say there is no one else there - but I get put on hold while they "check with the manager" ...
