We did not have our mortgage transferred to Bank of America by choice, it was sold. And I have hated it ever since. I tried to set up online banking, we were having some trouble keeping up on our payments (they were paid, just sometimes late). I tried to go online to make the payment and it said there was an error message, I had to call customer service. After being on hold at least 15 minutes, they said they had to transfer me to someone who handled website problems.
