company said you had a 14 day free trail and instead of waiting for you to recieve it and start the trail they start the trail the day they say you were sent the product and the trail is up before you even use the product. Then when you call to cancel you have already been debited for the amount. When you call to get your money back they say your time trail has already expired. Sorry about your luck!!!
