I talked to somebody in November/December 2009 and was offered a trial to look at the publication. I was told about the book by your representative. When the book arrived I looked at it and the book was not as represented. I returned it on January 11 in the manner in which it was sent to my office. Although I returned it on January 11, I received monthly invoices including interest costs and we replied to them by letters.
