I placed an order on Sept. 7, 2010 to this company for one poster costing $16.45. I received an email stating that the post office received an e-notification of the package on Sept. 9, 2010; however, the package has not been received by the USPS. I received my credit card statement today and found that I was billed $164.50. I then attempted to contact the company and found one of the phone numbers to be a non-working number.
