I purchased a calling card on callingcards.com. Within an hour I received an email to my Gmail account telling me I would receive a phone call asking for additional information. I gave my CCV to the callingcards.com representative that then called. She informed me that since I could not provide a work, school, or governmental institution email address, my order would have to be cleared by management.
