I just received a call from the US Legal Investigation Dept telling me I owed money and was going to be sued. When I asked by whom, they gave me a name I did not recognize and told him so. He said the company represented thousands of lenders and he wasn't going to read me the list, but if I didn't make payment arrangements today, I could look forward to the lawsuit and being arrested.
