Went into modification over 13 months ago many many many phone calls, always different people calling me over 1 week ago phone call said I was approved from 1600 a month to 730. Today I get a phone call said they want over 40, 000 dollars to catch up, after they told me not to make a payment while I was in mod. I'm devastated have 3 kids and had this home built in Aug 2007.
