I was in the process of purchasing a pair of uggs and as I was going to chose my payment method, it redirected me to a pay website. After giving my information, I was automatically charged from my bank account and I went back to the Uggs website to find that my order was never placed, yet I was charged. If anyone has ever purchased anything from here, please let me know. I need my money returned!! read full review »
