Booked with Moving & Relocation, Inc on 9/8/2010 for a rate of 80/hr for 3 hours. Told that the 80/hr incl. travel time, and there would not be any hidden or add'l charges other than the packing supplies. Specified that there would be an add'l stop and that was moving to a 2nd floor apartment. Items included a television and a refrigerator. Was told that this would not be an issue.
