I was happy to use vitacost until I placed the last order from them. One of the products I order was not available at that time, but my account said it will be available in few days. I checked back few days later and it said it would not be available few weeks. Few weeks past, it was not still available. I waited more than a month and finally decided to write them several time, no luck. Finally I called them.
