Just wanted to let you all know that we had a survey done by these guys before we bought our house, and the bank we went thru highly recommeneded these guys. I tried to get an appt. setup so my husband or me could be there at the time they came out and they told us that no one had to be there, well, of course we didn't think anything of it being that it was before closing and we had lots of other things to do in the process.
