In Southeast Michigan Kelly does his work. I just had to file a court case to get back over $1, 000.00 downpayment money for services not done (or needed). His word was he was reputable and would pay - and he did give some twice - then said sue me. I would not ever give him money up front - only upon services rendered which you are satisfied with. He obviously took the downpayment and spent it elsewhere because he could not return what was due back. read full review »
