I had ordered a "NEW" Unlocked Samsung Vibrant and instead received a "used" open box product. When I called to complain, I had the worst customer service experience ever. The CSR was extremely rude and would not acknowledge their mistake, she just asked me to go to the website and look at the returns policy and return the product. I returned the product the very next day, following all their instructions and received a signed confirmation from the shipping company saying the product was delivered.
