I have been waiting for UPS in Spain to get off their big end and deliver a package that arrived at their local distribution centre 4 days ago. It appears that working Saturdays or Sundays in Spain is just too hard and that Mondays and Tuesdays are reserved for waking up, yawning and scratching your private parts. The very rude lady I talked to at UPS in Zaragoza seemed to think it MIGHT be delivered tomorrow, if they can be bothered. If you think that UPS is bad in the US, you should try it in Spain and it will make you feel better. read full review »
