We were invited out to the hill country resort in canyon lake. our appt was @ 4 pm, but we were called and were urged ot be early so we arrived @ 3:30. There were about 75 families waiting in the lobby when we arrived. we waited for 3 hours before we were seen. They paired us with courtney who was great at first but when we decided not to but she quickly got an attitude and even had some rude words for us in the parking lot.
