They interview you and call you back saying you are the right "type". Then they try to pressure you into paying over $2000.00 for their classes. They try to humiliate you into signing up by saying things like, "Surely you can afford $50/week for your son/daughter to succeed." Make sure you take your calculator with you - they are blatantly lying about the $50/week - do the math, it is at least $100/week on their payment plan.
