I recently spent $130.00 with Touchstone Research Group because they claimed I could receive a copy of my DD214 (Military Discharge) within 2-3 business days. Need ing a copy to apply for a job I was quite happy that I wouldn't have to wait the average of six weeks when using the government channels. Upon Touchstone receiving my payment I was informed that the request was submitted but a problem had occurred.
