8/31/10 My Bank informed me that Bankers Life did not fill out the Authorization form corectly, therefore on my bank statment this month, the $97.14 payment was refused. My statement shows your name and 0.00 in amount paid column. The teller at Citi Bank caled her home office and they instructed her to tell me to contact you because there is nothing they can do to correct your error. I do not wish to appear delinquent in my payment. Please correct this error and advise me that this situation is being taken care of properly now. read full review »
