Wow...wish I read this board prior to being suckered as well. I realize you always take a risk when paying up front, before services rendered...but this is ridiculous. I received the same BS lines as most of you have documented but what is worse is that NOW when I try to contact the office...both local and toll-free...I get a recodring which gives me options 1 (customer service) and 2 (sales)...both of which are "temporarily" out of service. This is no doubt a fraudulent company...so I wonder how the Better Business Bureau, or perhaps Channel 7 News would like to get a hold of this info. Only one way to find out! read full review »
