Okay, I found out some new info... A couple days ago, I was told by my bank that this was a virus that stole my debit card number, and so I changed to a new card. But in the last couple days the "check card hold" by "DRI elements.com" became an actual charge by "DRI pctools.com". I called my bank, and their story changed. They gave me a number to call these people...1-800-764-5783. It turns out that I ordered Spyware Doctor a year ago from pctools, and they bill you annually. I do NOT remember authorizing that. I called them, and asked for a refund and cancellation. I hope this helps someone. Jim read full review »
