I logged a claim with African Independent on 31 August. I sent through all paperework by Wednesday 2 September 2009. I phoned again on Tuesday 9 September 2009 to find out if all necessary paperwork was correct, and was assured everything was in order. and my claim was being seen to. The following week I phoned African Independent again to find out what was happening on the claim, as I had heard nothing from them.
