Call the Supervisor of the Consumer Relations Department, Bill Bannister at 916-339-6132 if you want some help getting misreporting off of your credit, OR if you just can't get through to anyone else who works there at the regular toll free number. These thieves have made our life miserable and I am doing my best to get the contact information of the people who matter most at HomEq out there to the public so those 'high up's' in the company can really know just how screwed up HomEq REALLY IS.
