I have had so many problems with Directv, I'm ready to explode. My service was turned off (my fault) couldn't pay the bill. They charged my credit card (which was my rent money). I called them and told them I wanted to keep my service, keep what I owe you but please reverse the cancellation fee and price of the dvr. They said they would in 2-8 days. Nothing! Ten days later I called back, where's my refund. Just wait 8 business days. I wait, nothing! I call back. I'll expedite it, just wait 8 more days. This has been going... read full review »
