was told to ship the product back and my account would be credited. I did and they won't refund my money. I call every week and every week they tell me the same thing the cashiers check will go uot on saturday and i will have my refund by Friday. It never happens. They even gave me a false united states postal tracking number. I call Jay and Austin every week and tell them what low life scums they are and they sit and listen to it.
