I have been trying to log on to my credit card account for at least 3 days and have been getting bounced aroun with errors stating they ncannot find my account. I've entered at least a dozen key numbers given to me by Chase, both live and email and they do absolutely no good. They just reroute to "Log In" page over and over saying I have the wrong ID or password, which I have changed so often, according to Chases' instructions, that I really don't know which is my actual names.
