I feel everyones frustration! Ever since they have taken over our payments have been late. But its not our fault! We having been making our payments for three yrs through western union. Our first incident occured when they called my husband saying they had not recieved our payment a few months ago. We had to call western union and they said that it was sent to the wrong acct. so i called santander and they said they needed to send a confirmation or a request for change letter to the manager.
