Complaint: Rudeness On Sep. 17, 2010 I noticed a NSF charge on my account for a charge on 9/2/2010 called Wells Fargo Customer service for a reversal. According to my online accounts they had no reason for to withdrawl fee. Spoke to Carl (a)in Sacramento, California advised me he/she could not give me full credit only partial. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Courtney came on the line and was extremely RUDE, very loud and had no customer service whatsoever.
