I bought an investment home and had loan from BOA through a brook, the whole process was unbelievably snap. BOA had my husband’s information entered wrong into their computer than asked my brook and us did a lot of extra work, and they kept promise they will have all paper ready but until the last day (it was HUD property, must close at certain day); while they worked with my brook, they wrongly emailed us information what they should send to the brook with encryption(my GOD, what happen if they email our information to others?).
