On the day of September 7, 2010. I applied for grants that I receive threw a email that I had receive. I was under the impression that the initiating fee was $1.95 On Friday September 17, 2010 I had discover that my debit card was charge $41.95. this was taken out of my checking account. And left me with a negative balance. I called the 1+ 724-983-1150 number right away. I was told to wright a email. And I will get a refun. My Confirmation Number IS 7729035.
