Carlos Egea assured me that my father Jose Bonilla would be covered up to 70% on all medical treatments he received. He assured me that Homeland Health Care would provide a $50.00 up front fee for the first five visit, and that Beechstreet, who is the provider network would cover the rest of the fees at 70%, leaving my father with only 30% to pay out of pocket.
