I had to fire Nick Taylor of Atlas Constructors because he raised the price of the job after the contract was agreed upon. He was extremely behind schedule and I could not see an end in sight with the methods he employed. I ran out of confidence when the men working under him openly questioned his knowledge of his trade in front of him and myself. Basically, he walked away with $1, 350 of my money for simply ripping out my carpet. I would definitely not recommend fronting him any money for a project.
