Game Daze
I bought a game on 2/14/09. The game was defective. I returned the game 2/16/09. The clerk would not exchange the game and instead referred me to the manufacturer. I was very upset. The return policy says: "Returns with receipts within 30 days..." He told me to look at the BOTTOM of the entire return policy where it said, in inocuous lettering: "all games that require batteries have to go back to the manufacturer".
