When you become a member, certain services are provided. One of the key service is being able to work directly with a "coach" who would assist in getting your home business started. Unfortunately, the coaching staff are no help at all. They tend to be very agressive in trying to sell you a more expensive membership, they do not return phone calls or answer e-mails and in one case, outrite lie to your face.
