I contacted Euro-Pro by their Customer Service Chat service after the handle of the Shark Cordless Vacuum, model #V1950 snapped during normal use and during the one year warranty period. The 'Chat' was extremely irritating. The session was 'terminated by the site operator twice. Then I finally got through to Tabitha who informed me that I'd have to contact customer services to get parts. I tried to explain that the handle wasn't a 'part' but an integral section of the unit.
