After at least a dozen nearly duplicate visits and transactions, you'd think they might "get to know me." But, no. Each and EVERY month about this time, I had to pull out I.D. and show papers and answer questions all over again, always the same. Finally, I told them to make plenty of copies and keep them on file, because I was not going to be going through it again. Didn't faze them a bit. Next time was just like the first time.
