I took my 2000 Ford Windstar in for the rear axel recall on 9/13/2010. Well I dropped it off at 7:30am and recieved a phone call at 9:30am. I returned the call at 11:00am when I got home. I was told my van was unsafe to drive and Ford was not going to release it to me. I am ok with that. So the dealership starting talking about setting up for a rental because it could be a month, two months, or even six before it can be repaired. I was ok with getting a rental.
