Oak Harbor Freight Lines damaged my shipment, and then said it would be 30-120 days to even process the claim, not promising resolution. In addition, they altered the bill of lading without my permission, removed the insurance coverage, and tried to charge me $200-$300 more for 2 shipments of 1 crate instead of the originally billed 1 shipment of 2 crates.
