On 9/17/2010 at the 1334 East 79th Chicago, Illinois 60619 Sear Store I had a battery exchanged . My receipt number is 28800. I had bougth a die heart battery which I purchase the warrenty and it was now giving me trouble. The sale lady was excellent. She was patience and explain my cost and what was needed to check my battery. The automotive repair person was rude and he lost the screws to the case that cover my battery. He refuse to replace the screws and insulted me. He refuse to even closed the hood to my car and some one else had to do that. I feel that this man should be train in customer service. read full review »
