My water dispenser broke. Originally, they were very helpful by telling me how to get a refund. I did everything they asked. I followed up and they said everything was in order and I could expect a check in 2 weeks. It's been 6 months now and every time I call, they say there is a problem at "CORPORATE". I asked for a phone number for corporate and was told they don't have a phone number. I will call everyday until I have my check in hand. I need to write a few more word to satisfy the minimum word requirement. read full review »
