I took my car in for an oil change. Upon arrival, I told them I was unemployed and not to charge me for anything else except for the oil change. As I was waiting, a man came over to me and said that I needed a new air filter. I told him that I could not afford it. He told me that it was only $10.15 so I said ok. I paid for the bill and when I got home, I noticed that he charged me $19.15 for the air filter. I called them up and explained the problem.
