My teenage daughter has been victimized by Sprint. Over the last 5 months, Sprint has overcharged us by almost $300 for "subscriptions" for 5 different "providers" of things like ringtones. My daughter swears she did not subscribe to any of this junk, but, even if she did, Sprint should take some responsibility. The rep at the local store explained to me that Spint has "no control " of the people who text my daughter and no control of what she might be charged.
