I want to warn all would be RedBox DVD renters of some unethical practices by this company. Some have already written of not being able to get refunds and having fees accrued even though the machine was broken and would not take DVD's back. I just experienced an even scarier prospect. RedBox has just charged me for a DVD five months after I rented it - claiming that I was never charged.
