To whom it may concern I have a complaint about the Sears working environment. The people who work there, they hang out by the registers not working, when I am looking for someone to help me in the Men's department there is nobody around to help me. I am unable to get a straight answer and most of the time a group of young workers are talking and laughing loudly about other employees by the register as if this is High School and they are hanging out with there friends after school, which is very unprofessional.
