If there a possibility of getting a refund from AFNI? A letter came in 1/16/10 for balance due of 398.41 and another letter came in 3/1/2010 about slashing it down to 199.21 to settle the debt. HOWEVER, its already been paid for 398.41, any possibility of getting a refund for the difference? Any advice? would be appreciated. read full review »
