We ordered a set of sofa, paid fully for it, was promised the sofa will be sent in 3 weeks after order date on July 11th, 2010. I left the country and my son kept calling them and he kept being bounced from person to person and to customer service. He wanted to cancel the order but was not allowed because it was a special order. In this case Linder's furniture broke the contract first by not sending the sofa as promised.
