Received a bill from these people saying I owed them $47.94 for books I neither ordered nor received. Other than being billed for something I didn't receive, what bothered me was that I was unable to email them. I googled the books and found their website, but nowhere on the site was an email contact address. I don't like playing phone tag with companies and will be damned if I'll write a letter. If they won't accept an email from me, forget it. Tell these people to try operating in the 21st Century. read full review »
