I was talking to my cell phone provider on 9/14/10 and she advised me that predictor mobile was charging my phone 9.99 a month for a service that I had never heard of nor agreed to. She gave me their phone number and advised me to call them back to refund the 12 charges that were charged to my account ( $120) .
