I was charged 1.00 to have a back ground check done. When no information was given on what I was requesting I ask to have my 1.00 refunded. The 1.00 was refunded and then recharged. I let it go because it was only a 1.00 But later I was charged 18.95 on my bank statement. Is there any thing that can be done to eleviate this and get this refunded. Thank you Ray read full review »
