When I was asking for my refund, they just ignore me totally. I mean if you really pay for that "norminal fee" for such a BIG service, where did the rest of money go? This company even put on the advertisment to offer Chinese men applying visa, in my eyes, they are no better than those human smugglers. After all, they are both trying to rip you off. You know, they offered 566 Euro plus one free year, 20% discount from 725Euro. On my credit card statement it showed 566.01Euro.
